TOGETHER was created by Living Well and Positively UK, in partnership with NHS North West London, Ealing Council, Harrow Council, and the London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust to provide safe, confidential, and non-judgemental spaces that offer:
Free one-to-one and group support for people living with or affected by HIV
Blended delivery: online, by phone, and in person
Social outings and activities beyond borough boundaries to expan horizons and reduce isolation
Tailored care plans to meet each person’s needs

Living Well provides a wide range of wellbeing and behaviour change services designed to help people improve and maintain their physical, mental and emotional health. Living Well

The Food Chain exists to ensure people living with HIV in London can access the nutrition they need to get well, stay well and lead healthy, independent lives. They deliver meals and groceries, and offer cookery and nutrition classes. The Food Chain
