TOGETHER was created by Living Well and Positively UK in partnership with NHS North West London, Ealing Council, Harrow Counil and the London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust to provide a wide range of quality one-to-one and group-based support services for people living with or affected by HIV in Brent, Ealing and Harrow.
