How it works:
Start with a short phone call to check your details and answer any questions.
Have a one-to-one assessment (by phone, Zoom, or in person) with a HIV Specialist Dietitian to set your goals.
Receive your Personalised Nutrition Plan by email, with practical resources and easy-to-follow recipes.
Get follow-up calls after a month to see how you’re doing and make adjustments if needed.
