Wellbeing Workshops
Based on key principles of positive behaviour change, our fun and interactive wellbeing workshops promote positive health messages, encourage healthier lifestyle choices and support people to develop coping strategies that help them build and maintain greater confidence, resilience and independence.
Led by experienced therapists and coaching pyschologists, workshop topics are chosen by service usres, with past sessions covering things like stress management, self-care, mindfulness, and confidence-building.
Our wellbeing workshops provide a safe and postiive space where you’ll learn simple tools and techniques you can use to improve your wellbeing day to day.
