TOGETHER is grounded in the belief that client involvement in the design, development and delivery of services is fundamental to ensuring that support remains relevant and effective.
What is co-production?
Co-production is a method where service providers and clients collaborate to achieve a common goal. It focuses on the idea that those impacted by a service can best help shape it. Co-production emphasises working together in decision-making and service design to better meet clients' needs.
Working TOGETHER
The ‘TOGETHER Co-production Group’ will be essential in developing and providing our services. Anyone living with, affected by or working within HIV in Brent, Ealing and Harrow can join the Group, even if they do not use our services.
Local Innovation Fund
The 'Local Innovation Fund,' managed and overseen by the TOGETHER Co-production Group, allows key stakeholders to deisgn and test new services that could help fill any identified gaps in current service provision.
