What is co-production?

We believe services should be designed with you, not for you. By joining our co-production groups, you can share your experiences and ideas, helping us build support that truly meets your needs.

Working TOGETHER.

TOGETHER Co-production Groups are essential in developing and providing services. Anyone living with, affected by or working within HIV in Brent, Ealing and Harrow can take part in a group, even if they do not currently use our services.

Local Innovation Fund.

The 'Local Innovation Fund,' managed and overseen by the TOGETHER Co-production Groups, allows key stakeholders to deisgn and test new services that could help fill any identified gaps in current service provision.
